The view from the main ensuite taking in the fountain and stairs to the rear garden area, floor tiles were selected and laid to express a visual of timber floor boards.

Guest ensuite complete with bath and bespoke shelving detail in black glass. The shower, bath and WC are contained behind a glass slider while the basin area has direct access to the bedroom.
A small sitting area contained within the rumpus room; windows above and below the library shelving provide a soft light to this area.
Furniture procurement by VDG – casual seating by the study/library.

Cemintel feature wall off the fireplace complete with Dekton stone to hearth and wood store.

Restraint with the interior palette was key to tastefully completing the interior. Shark nose stone was a clean look for the kitchen bench tops.

Coburn House 1

This image shows the study and scullery side of the kitchen on the right complete with floor height window under the wine storage. Stone has been used to great effect, all completed with a shark nose detail.

The door into the walk in robe from the Master Ensuite showing the clean lines of both vanity and bath for a timeless interior.

The veneer feature wall with entry door to the master bedroom anchors the living room as it travels over two levels to entry foyer.

This is a key area in the building, as it transitions from the kitchen to a study nook with ample light supplied by the pop top windows, the slender window in the study affords a view back to Arthurs Seat.

Port Phillip Bay is reflected in the glass of the splashback with the study side having clear glass to allow the water views.

Hayes Road

Hayes Rd Strathmore with it’s polished concrete floor and veneer wall panelling including integrated doors creates a timeless minimalist interior, complete with hidden doorways to scullery, powder room and laundry.

Carefully planned rooms behind the feature wall allow the wall to extend uninterrupted in the line of the kitchen overheads, further enhancing the minimalist feel. Below: The main hub of the house a great example of open plan living with direct access to the external deck and pool area.

The guest ensuite to the lower front bedroom with hidden entry, slider and walk around to shower behind the vanity, once again a detail to complete the minimalist feel of the Hayes Rd property.

Sorrento House 1

Sorrento House 1 was our reinterpretation of what the traditional beach house could look like, it was only fitting that the kitchen won a award for Most Innovative Kitchen 2016.

Fireplace

The formed concrete walling and fireplace is a striking feature of Sorrento House 1, the fireplace is built in the traditional method with brickwork, then the formed concrete wall poured as an outer skin.

McCrae House 1 & 2

The wide double basin with storage unit behind the mirror, sleek black draw unit below the vanity, features of our McCrae H1 & H2.

The lounge view out to deck area and plunge pool, with a study nook in the hall on the way to the master bedroom.
