Hyland House

While the image above does try, it cannot give the full experience of walking into the house with the magnificent views beyond, the clients gave us free rein to come up with a house that suited their lifestyle and complemented the property.

A dry stack stone wall is a feature of the hallway to Master Bedroom wing, the window at the end perfectly framing the view.
The bathrooms at Hyland House were designed to fit with the style and quality of the building and it’s surrounds.

Furniture procurement by VDG, in this image we can see the ceiling detail while appreciating the view beyond through bespoke double hung Hardwood Windows.

Bowrings

The external look of this homestead is complemented by a detailed interior finish as seen in this image of the kitchen and breakfast area.

The detail at the Red Hill property is complete with coffered ceilings and dry stack stone to the fireplace in this image of dining, lounge and living.

The Eyrie

The Eyrie project was a major renovation in Eaglemont featuring in this image our spiral staircase complete with Black Rain chandelier by Ilanel (pictured below).

The master bedroom area was set in the roof as a loft style apartment the ensuite complete with large double vanity is a very private space with highlight windows for light and a glimpse of the city skyline.

The mid point on the spiral stair with reflective black glass, the external seating area on this level feeds directly of the dining area.

Heading down to the lower area on to the pool deck with lift foyer and movie room access, once again the Black Rain chandelier by Ilanel features.
